I have MOVED my OFFICE, I used to be on the corner of 9th Street and N. First Avenue. Now I am on the corner of N. First Avenue and 9th Street. I am across the street in the historic Old Upland Justice Court building. (See map)  You must ring the door bell to get in and this building is much safer, no elevator to break, or homeless people using the stair well as a lavatory.
